Library Resources

Our library has one of the most significant document collections in the North Country for those researching genealogy and history. Our collection includes:

If you are interested in conducting research in our library, please check our seasonal open hours. If you would like to make an appointment to do research at a time other than our regularly scheduled open hours, please call us to make an appointment, at least 2 weeks in advance. On-site research is free to members; a $10 per day fee is charged to non-members. Copies are $.25 per page.

If you are unable to visit our library in person, you may submit a research request either by email or postal mail. Please note that a $10 per half-hour charge applies, plus postage and $.25 per copy. When sending your research request, please stipulate the length of time you wish us to spend on your behalf. Please be aware that it may be some time before our volunteer researchers are able to respond to your request.
